simply rest, trust and relax
No email, letter or telegram
just the remembrance that I AM

I was listening to jeff foster on the video you sent … some magnificent points struck me …
(points that I’ve heard and read a thousand times … and got struck again … for the first time)
the complete all-inclusiveness of Brahman … no rejection of anything …
listening to him talk about the ocean and the wave the ocean and the wave became more one!
A wave is not lost by forgetting it is one with the ocean or found by thinking about it … the oneness of the wave and ocean IS IS IS IS IS …
a wave doesn’t need another wave to be whole and complete …
“we are hardwired to seek out there to add to us” …
the divine surfing goes on … without a personal separate “me” …
